We had dinner last night at Claire’s in Hardwick. They had a special “pairing” dinner featuring Eden Ice Cider, hosted by Linda Ramsdell. The event began with special cocktails and then a four course dinner featuring amazing food with local ingredients cooked up by master chef Harrison Littell with a special iced cider for each course. Almost every course featured Jasper Hill cheeses and the main course was prepared around goat from Vermont Chevre. Great food and drink and wonderful company on a February night in Hardwick.
